As the creator of LeapFILE and Oxygen Cloud, Peter is well versed in just about everything from business to engineering. You can often find him teaching and inspiring our team to be the best we can be, while working together to achieve our common vision. You'll probably never see Peter outside of the office because he's already passed you on the freeway...he likes to go fast.
Affectionately referred to as "The Man", our House DJ...excuse me...VP of Product, Leo brings with him a rich background in design, product management and market analysis. Leo is often the voice of Oxygen with his insightful blogs, tweets, and white papers. Leo's our Ace in the hole and you'll find as we have he's cooler than the other side of the pillow. @lleung
Alex is our "business" man as well as our legal counsel so he's always on the lookout for new opportunities and strategic partnerships. He's a deep thinker who always knows the right question to ask. Subsequently, you'll often find him engaging in inspiring, philosophical dialogues around the office. If he's not busy making things happen, you can probably find him not so secretly watching the Mets game at his desk.
Tony is our "Senior Stuff Doer" as there is very little he doesn't do around the office. He has a wealth of knowledge working in support, solutions, product management and engineering and he is the ultimate multitasker. It’s no surprise to find everyone fighting for "Tony Time" around the office. When he isn't acting as Jean Claude Van Damme's stunt double, you can find him sporting the best video game shirts or enjoying time with his family.

Julia reigns supreme as the leader of the Vanguard Team. If she's not at the office, which is very rare, she's off enjoying all that San Francisco has to offer with her doggies or passionately yelling at the TV watching NBA games.
Hanh is easily the loudest person in the office, despite the fact that you might actually be able to fit in your pocket. As our loud and lovable HR, she knows how to keep everybody happy and motivated.
Always cheerful and positive, you’re likely to find him doing what he does best - building relationships, demoing Oxygen, and making people smile.
As Vanguard's most senior Account manager, Jeff is well versed in our products and their best practices. Out of the office, Jeff is an active guy always out hiking, exploring, and genuinely enjoying life.
Iris dedicated to her customers and driving them towards success (and happiness!). With a NPO background, Iris has a natural affinity to give back. Now that she’s in tech, she’s fully realizing her inner nerd (and she loves it!).
Aric is the Vanguard jack-of-all-trades. When he's not working, he's probably on a soccer field, dominating the foosball table with Brandon, or off being a social butterfly.
As a versatile customer service expert, Michelle is always smiling and available to help with anything, so don’t be afraid to test out your best comedy material with her!
If he's not busy helping our users, you're equally likely to find Mike playing too many video games or writing for his comedy troupe. Mike is an avid homebrewer, and is more than happy to talk your ear off about whether Batman could win a fight against The Hulk.

We are building the smartest cloud for the future. We are building a company that is here to stay. We want to build a product and company that we can be proud of. We spend about 10+ hours a day together almost everyday. So it is pretty important that we like one another. It makes collaborating that much more efficient and enjoyable when we all share the same passion and goals to create an awesome product and an awesome company.
We whiteboard. We share each other’s crazy brilliant ideas. We talk and collaborate. We are always looking for a solution.
But it’s not always just work. We also foosball. We take power naps (ok, maybe just a few). We enjoy our interesting beer Fridays (a little too much).
Oxygen is a place where we can grow. This is where everyone can be their awesome selves and be creative. Finished a project? Great! You won’t be bored because there is always more to learn and more to do. The sky really is the limit. We value talent and hard work. We want everyone to be the best of what they want to be.
